    Quinoa breakfast delight recipe

    • Yield: 2 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup red or white quinoa, cooked
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, grade b
    • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
    • ½ cup brazil nuts, chopped
    • ¼ cup chopped dried figs
    • 1 package fresh blackberries
    • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, for garnish
    How to Make It
    1. Combine quinoa, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup in a large bowl.
    2. Add the walnuts, brazil nuts, figs, and blackberries and mix well. Garnish with fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds.
