    Raspberry cheesecake recipe

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz fresh raspberries
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 4 oz low-fat cream cheese
    • 3 tbsp fat-free milk
    • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    How to Make It
    1. Combine raspberries and water in a saucepan over medium heat, about 10 minutes.
    2. Puree the berry mixture in a blender.
    3. Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    4. Combine cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a blender until smooth.
    5. Alternately spoon cream cheese mixture and berry puree into the molds.
    6. Add sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
