    Raw banana nut carob cake recipe

    • Yield: 2 to 3 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups walnuts (soaked for 1 hr)
    • 1½ cups dates
    • 1½ cups raisins
    • 6 tablespoons raw carob powder
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    Icing
    • 1 cup macadamia nuts (soaked for 1 hr)
    • 1 cup cashews (soaked for 1 hr)
    • 1 banana
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon almond extract
    • 2 oz vegan cream cheese
    How to Make It
    1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until mixture forms a ball.
    2. Press mixture into cake pan.
    3. Icing
    4. Drain soaked nuts.
    5. Add nuts to a blender or food processor and blend with other ingredients until smooth. Add sweetener is desired.
