    Sea bass topped with crab recipe

    Sea bass is super delicious and has one of the best textures around, with moist, thick, buttery but still flaky flesh that holds up to a variety of flavors and cooking methods. Serve it stuffed or topped with crab meat.

    • Yield: 4 Servings
    • Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 6 oz sea bass
    • 8 oz. crab meat
    • 1 tbsp. squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 tsp chopped thyme
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • 2 tbsp Sliced scallion
    How to Make It
    1. Over medium-high heat, add olive oil an a large skillet and heat. Fry the sea bass for about 3 minutes, then turn it, keeping the whole piece intact. Cook for 3 more minutes on the other side.
    2. In a small bowl, mix the crab meat with the lemon juice and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Plate the fish, and serve topped with the crab meat and garnished with the sliced scallions.
