
Ingredients
- 8 to 10 peaches, peeled and diced
- ½ pint blueberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Peach slices, for garnish
- ½ pint blueberries, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
How to Make It
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the peaches, blueberries, sugar, and water; bring to a boil. Cook until fruit is soft, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly.
- Using the back of a spoon, press and strain pulp through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl. Discard pulp. Pour the liquid into a pitcher and add lemon juice and sparkling water. Serve lemonade in glasses over ice. Garnish with peaches, blueberries, lemon, and mint.
