This easy-to-make and supertasty snack is sweet, salty, and so good you’ll forget you’re eating a superfood.

    • Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 3 slices nitrate-free bacon, chopped into bite-size pieces
    • 4 big handfuls kale, torn from stems
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 or 3 drops liquid stevia
    How to Make It
    1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until brown and crispy, 8 to 10 minutes.
    2. Add the kale and cook for 5 minutes, or until the leaves soften. Mix in the vinegar, salt, and stevia. Serve immediately or save in the fridge for a snack later on.
