    Tamarind sauce recipe

    Tamarind sauce is a sweet and sour sauce with a spicy flavor; a raw type of the classical Thai sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of soaked tamarind
    • ½ (or more) tsp fresh chopped chilly
    • ½ tsp chopped garlic
    • 2 tsp agave nectar (or more)
    • Sesame for garniture
    • Salt
    How to Make It
    1. Soak the tamarind in water for a while before use. Then put it in a food processor, process for a while and add the rest of the ingredients.
    2. Add water as needed. Mix well till it becomes smooth but not too liquid. Serve with sesame on top and white chopped onion.
