    Toasted nut brittle recipe

    • Yield: 4 to 6 Servings

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup maple syrup, grade B
    • ½ cup tahini
    • 1 cup whole almonds, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¾ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. Combine the maple syrup and tahini in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
    3. Add the almonds, vanilla extract, and coconut and mix well.
    4. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
    5. Serve with fresh fruit.
