How to Make It
- In a frying pan, pour in the olive oil. Cook the bacon on a medium flame. Chop the onions finely and add it in the frying pan.
- Keep stirring until it turns brown. When the onions and bacon are cooked, add in the egg whites and scramble it altogether. Sprinkle with pepper and salt and serve with lettuce.
