Black bean cuban stew recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • Salt, 1 Tsp ground cayenne pepper and 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup corn
  • 3 cups dry black beans
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 4 pounds pork neck meat, cubed
How to Make It
  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover, & cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
