The Modified Keto Cookbook: Quick, Convenient, Great-Tasting Recipes for Following a Low-Ratio Ketogenic DietThe secret to making good chicken salad is mixing the ingredients together while the chicken is still slightly warm. As an extra shortcut, use two rotisserie chickens. The chicken will be the perfect temperature by the time you are home from the grocery store. Serve with a high-fat salad dressing to increase the fat if needed. Bacon Vinaigrette goes especially well with this recipe.
