Green smoothie bowl with mango recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen medium banana, chopped
  • 1 small handful baby spinach leaves
  • 200 g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup (125 ml) semi-skimmed milk
  • ¼ medium mango, peeled and sliced
Toppings
  • 30 g natural muesli
  • ¼ medium mango, peeled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
How to Make It
  1. Place the banana, spinach, yoghurt, milk and mango in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into a serving bowl and top with the muesli, mango and chia seeds.
