    6 Ingredient Ketogenic Cookbook

    • Yield: 2 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 4 ounces mascarpone
    • 7 strawberries
    • ¼ cup almond flour
    • ½ cup sugar substitute
    • ¼ cup crème fraiche
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Essentials
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    How to Make It
    1. To prepare the crust, combine the melted butter, almond flour, and about two thirds of the sugar substitute in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
    2. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 serving bowls, lightly pressing with your hands.
    3. To prepare the filling, puree the strawberries in a food processor, leaving 2 strawberries to the side for garnish.
    4. Add the remaining sugar substitute, vanilla extract, mascarpone, and crème fraiche to the food processor. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.
    5. Spoon the mixture over the crusts and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    6. Slice the remaining strawberries and arrange on each bowl. Serve and enjoy.
