Pork & bok choy stew recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • 4 pounds pork roast
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ¼ cup sliced celery
  • 3 cups bok choy
  • 3 cups beef broth
How to Make It
  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover, & cook on low for 8 hours.
