Spicy mustard sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut flesh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/3 tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp soaked gold mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp ground hot chili
  • 3-4 tbsp vinegar
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch of curry powder
  • 3 tbsp chopped white onion
  • Salt
  • Water if needed
How to Make It
  1. Soak the seeds for about 20 hours.
  2. Put them into the blender with the oil and a little water and blend to crush them.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture gets a smooth texture.
  4. Add water if needed. Refrigerate afterwards.
