    Ingredients

    • 2 cups (60 grams) fresh baby spinach
    • 1 serving or 2 wedges of Grilled Balsamic Radicchio
    • 100 grams or 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges
    • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) crumbled blue cheese
    • 1 tablespoon (14 grams) pine nuts
    • 2 tablespoons Bacon Vinaigrette
    How to Make It
    1. Arrange the spinach leaves on a dinner plate. Top the spinach with the grilled radicchio, breaking apart the radicchio leaves if desired.
    2. Finish assembling the salad by placing the eggs, blue cheese, and pine nuts onto the spinach and radicchio. Drizzle with Bacon Vinaigrette.
