- 1 pound/450 g spring cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons water
How to Make It
- Toast the mustard seeds until they start to pop. Add the oil, then sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until golden.
- Add the cabbage and stir to coat with the spices, add the water and cook for 5 minutes, until tender. Season and serve.
