Spring cabbage with mustard seeds recipe

  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 pound/450 g spring cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons water
How to Make It
  1. Toast the mustard seeds until they start to pop. Add the oil, then sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until golden.
  2. Add the cabbage and stir to coat with the spices, add the water and cook for 5 minutes, until tender. Season and serve.
