Tomato is often neglected when you think of making vegetable juices, but it is a great option for a low-Fodmap juice base. This is my take on a Virgin Mary.
Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato or ½ cup tomato juice
- 3 carrots or ½ cup carrot juice
- ¼ celery stalk
- ¼ lemon
- Parsley, to garnish (optional)
How to Make It
- Wash and pat dry all the ingredients. Peel or cut the skin off the lemon.
- Place all the ingredients in a juicer. Pour the juice through a strainer and garnish with parsley, if desired.
