    The Kitchen Diva's Diabetic Cookbook 150 Healthy, Delicious RecipesThis is the perfect after-school snack to make ahead of time and keep in a covered container in the refrigerator. Give it a shake to remix. Or, you can freeze it in ice pop molds or an ice cube tray to make a cool dessert.

    • Yield: 3 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • ½ cup orange juice
    • ½ cup vanilla soy yogurt
    • ½ cup mixed fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries; you can also use cherries)
    • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
    How to Make It
    1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and purée until smooth.
