    Almond Butter and Raspberry Smoothies Recipe

    Healthy Cooking for DiabeticsIf you don’t usually eat breakfast, try this smoothie. It is a really quick and tasty breakfast that is packed with nutrients.

    • Yield: 2 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • 7 oz (200 g) raspberries
    • 14 fl oz (400 ml) unsweetened almond milk
    • 1½ oz (40  g) almond butter
    • 4 tsp stevia granules
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • ice cubes
    How to Make It
    1. Peel the banana and place in a blender with the raspberries.
    2. Add the almond milk, almond butter, stevia granules and vanilla extract. Top up with ice cubes.
    3. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator overnight.
