How to Make It
  1. Add the olive oil to a large pan and set over medium heat.
  2. Add the zoodles and sauté for a few minutes until light golden and al dente.
  3. Season with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the basil leaves, pine nuts and lemon juice and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2–4 minutes. When sauce thickens to your liking, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remove from heat.
  5. Serve warm.
