    6 Ingredient Ketogenic Cookbook

    • Yield: 2 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
    • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
    • 2 cups baby mozzarella cheese balls
    • 1 tablespoon oregano
    • -1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    Optional
    • 1 cup yellow bell pepper (these can add a nice crunch to the skewers)
    How to Make It
    1. Wash the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and basil.
    2. Chop the pepper in small squares.
    3. Combine the olive oil with the oregano and rub the mozzarella balls with this mixture.
    4. Carefully assemble the ingredients on skewers in the following order: tomatoes, mozzarella, bell pepper and basil leaves.
