    • Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 Zucchini
    • 2 Garlic Cloves
    • 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
    • 1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
    • 4 Tbsp Tahiti (Sesame seed paste)
    • ½ tbsp Paprika
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • Salt
    How to Make It
    1. Peel the zucchini and chop into small pieces. Add all the ingredients except the olive oil and paprika into a blender.
    2. Blitz until all the ingredients turn into a creamy paste. Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle some of the paprika. This dip can last for days if refrigerated.
