    How to Make Brats with Simple Coleslaw

    Ingredients

    • 4 (4-ounce) brats
    • 1 cup shredded or finely diced purple or green cabbage
    • ΒΌ cup Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing
    • 2 tablespoons whole-grain or Dijon mustard, for serving
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat a grill or broiler to high heat.
    2. Place the brats in a pot of boiling water and boil for 8 minutes. Place the boiled brats on the grill or on a rimmed baking sheet and grill or broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the outsides are charred to your liking.
    3. While the brats are boiling, make the coleslaw: Place the cabbage in a serving bowl and add the ranch dressing; toss to coat.
    4. Place the cooked brats on a plate. Serve with the coleslaw and mustard.
