    Ingredients

    • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    • 1 avocado, diced
    • 1 cup diced cucumber
    • 1 cup diced ham
    • 1 cup pitted black olives, sliced
    • ½ cup chopped purple cabbage
    • ½ cup Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing (or Egg-Free Keto Mayo, for egg-free)
    How to Make It
    1. Divide the romaine lettuce among four salad bowls. Top each bowl with a row each of avocado, cucumber, ham, olives, and cabbage.
    2. Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons of the ranch dressing.
