    Ingredients

    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk, store-bought or homemade (or unsweetened vanilla-flavored hemp milk for nut-free)
    • 4 ounces (½ cup) cream cheese (or ½ cup coconut cream for dairy-free)
    • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
    • 2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener, or to desired sweetness
    • 1 teaspoon mint extract
    • 1 cup crushed ice
    Healthy add-ins (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon aloe vera
    • 1 tablespoon l-glutamine powder
    • 1 tablespoon grass-fed powdered gelatin (omit for vegetarian)
    How to Make It
    1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
