    The 30-Day Ketogenic Cleanse

    • Yield: 6 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
    • Cooking Time: 8 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 (12-ounce) package fully cooked pork belly
    • 1 tablespoon Paleo fat, such as coconut oil
    How to Make It
    1. Cut the pork belly into ¼-inch dice. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Place the diced pork belly in the pan. Fry on all sides until crisp, about 8 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the skillet and serve on greens with keto dressing.
    2. These croutons are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in 400°F oven or toaster oven for 3 minutes.
