Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking Meal Plans and Time Saving Paleo RecipesMy boys adore these gummy bears, so we make them often. I like to play around with different flavorings; our newest favorite is a touch of tropical fruit–flavored stevia glycerite. To find the different natural sweeteners and teas that I love to experiment with, check out the store on my site, MariaMindBodyHealth.com.

    • Yield: 50 gummy bears (10 per serving)
    • Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 teaspoon fruit-flavored extract (same flavor as tea)
    • ¼ teaspoon Now Foods brand Better Stevia Liquid Sweetener in Tropical Fruit or other flavor
    Special Equipment
    • Gummy bear mold (50-cavity) Description
