    Ingredients

    • ½ cup (75 g/2.6 oz) raspberries, unsweetened and frozen
    • ¼ cup (25 g/0.9 oz) whey protein or egg white protein powder: berry, vanilla or unflavored
    • ¼ cup (60 ml/2 fl oz) coconut milk or heavy whipping cream
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml/0.5 fl oz) MCT oil
    • 10 drops liquid stevia
    How to Make It
    1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. When done, eat immediately or place the ice cream in an airtight container and store in the freezer.
