    6 Ingredient Ketogenic Cookbook

    Ingredients

    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 slice gluten-free bread
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 large egg white, beaten
    • pound pork tenderloin, trimmed of excess fat
    Essentials
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Cooking spray
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Spray a broiler pan with cooking oil spray.
    2. Combine the oregano, onion, garlic, and bread in a food processor and process until finely ground. You should have about ⅓ cup breadcrumbs.
    3. Transfer the breadcrumbs to a plate.
    4. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
    5. Dip the meat into the beaten egg white, and then roll in the bread crumb mixture until coated evenly.
    6. Place the pork on the broiler pan and roast for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
    7. Cut the pork into ¼-inch thick slices and serve.
