Gluten Free Heaven

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled
  • 3½ oz (100 g) frozen berries
  • 3½ oz (100 g) fresh grated beetroot, or 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 9 fl oz (250 ml) water (or coconut/nut milk if you would like a creamier texture)
How to Make It
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into glasses or bowls and serve with toppings of your choice such as dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds.
