Ketogenic Cookbook - Nutritious Low-CarbThis is a tasty natural sweetener that can be used in a cup of tea or in any recipe where you’d like to add a lovely chai flavor. I use it to make Chai Streusel Candy for a crunchy fat bomb.

    • Yield: 2 cups (2 tablespoons per serving)
    • Preparation Time: 2 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups granulated erythritol
    • 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
    • 2 vanilla beans (about 6 inches long), split lengthwise and seeds scraped
    • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
    How to Make It
    1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the erythritol, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger powder, cloves, vanilla bean seeds, and salt until well mixed. Divide the mixture into small jars.
    2. Cover and place in a cool, dry place. Keeps for up to 6 months.
