    How to Make Chicken with 50 Cloves of Garlic

    Superfoods Anti-aging

    • Cooking Time: 1 Hour

    Ingredients

    • 3½ lbs (1.6 kg) chicken, cut in pieces
    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • Seasoning to taste
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1½ cups (375 ml) white wine
    • 50 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
    • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    • ½ cup (125 ml) chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
    2. Brush chicken with mustard and season to taste.
    3. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium high heat and brown chicken for 5 minutes or until sides are golden. Remove chicken from skillet.
    4. In same skillet, add white wine, garlic, thyme and rosemary, stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet.
    5. Cover and cook in preheated oven for 1 hour. Add water, if needed.
    6. Garnish with parsley prior to serving.
