Ketogenic Cookbook - Nutritious Low-CarbThese are not just any scrambled eggs. These are the creamiest scrambled eggs you will ever have! French scrambled eggs are so succulent and luscious, they will change the way you think of scrambled eggs. I love them over a fried and buttered slice of Keto Bread with a side of Dairy-Free Hollandaise.

    • Yield: 2 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
    • Cooking Time: 7 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or unsalted butter
    • 6 large eggs, beaten
    • 1 cherry tomato, finely diced (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
    • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    • 2 2 tablespoons crème fraîche or sour cream
    • 4 ounces Gravlax, chopped into small pieces
    How to Make It
    1. Melt the oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, diced tomato, if using, chives, salt, and pepper.
    3. Pour the egg mixture into the saucepan and cook for a few minutes, whisking constantly. Serve immediately.
    4. When the eggs reach the texture you like, remove from the heat and add the crème fraîche, mixing well. Add the gravlax and stir gently.
