Grill vegetables on the top rack of the grill. Don’t choose vegetables with a high water content, like cucumbers. They will not grill well. Stick to heartier vegetables and fruits to grill.

How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients.
- Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place on top rack of hot grill for 5–7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowl.
