  • 3 fresh ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup gluten-free Italian dressing

How to Make It
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  3. Place on top rack of hot grill for 5–7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowl.
