    • Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
    • Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb 2 oz (500 g) uncooked peeled large shrimp (defrosted if frozen)
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ½ tsp harissa paste or hot paprika
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • ½ tsp ground coriander
    • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 tbsp snipped flat-leaf parsley
    • 1 tbsp snipped cilantro
    How to Make It
    1. Drain the shrimp on a double layer of paper towels. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, pour in the spices and garlic, and stir for a minute to release the flavors.
