    Individual No-Bake Cheesecake Fruit Cups Recipe

    • Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
    • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
    • 3 tablespoons sugar substitute, divided
    • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 5 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    • 3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons fat-free skim milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
    How to Make It
    1. Combine strawberries, peaches, 1 tablespoon sugar substitute and ginger in medium bowl. Toss gently to blend.
    2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, milk, vanilla and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar substitute in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
    3. Place about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture in each of four (4-ounce) custard cups. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs; top with ½ cup fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
