    Overnight Oats Recipe

    Cook Healthy and QuickPrepare these no-cook oats the night before, then enjoy a delicious instant breakfast the next morning. Oats are rich in beta-glucan, a fiber that lowers cholesterol.

    • Yield: 2 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1¾ oz (50 g) rolled oats
    • 0.66 cup coconut milk
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • fresh cherries
    • toasted walnuts
    How to Make It
    1. Combine the oats and coconut milk. Transfer the mixture to a sealed jar and leave to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
    2. In the morning, top off with a little more milk, if necessary. Drizzle over the honey, add the cherries, and top with the walnuts. Serve at once.
