    Ingredients

    • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
    • ¼ cup MCT oil or extra-virgin olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon finely chopped garlic, or 4 cloves roasted garlic
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
    • 1 tablespoon chopped cornichons
    • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
    • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
    • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
    How to Make It
    1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces. Using a fork, gently mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
