    6 Ingredient Ketogenic Cookbook

    Ingredients

    • 1 large avocado
    • 3 Roma tomatoes
    • ½ cup crushed walnuts
    • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 cups fresh basil leaves or baby spinach
    Essentials
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    How to Make It
    1. Chop the avocado into about ½ inch chunks after peeling and removing the pit. Transfer to a serving bowl.
    2. Slice the tomatoes and add to the bowl with the walnuts.
    3. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic together.
    4. Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and toss until everything is well combined.
    5. Serve on a bed of basil leaves or baby spinach.
    6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
