    Ingredients

    • 2 cups (500 ml) broccoli florets
    • 1 cup (250 ml) red grapes, halved
    • ¾ cup (180 ml) crumbled goat cheese
    • ½ cup (125 ml) walnuts
    • ½ cup (125 ml) pecans
    • 1 small red onion, minced
    • 1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh parsley
    For the vinaigrette
    • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Seasoning to taste
    How to Make It
    1. In a salad bowl, mix all ingredients for salad.
    2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette.
    3. Drizzle vinaigrette on salad before serving and toss to coat.
