    How to Make Salmon Tartare

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb 5 oz (600 g) skinless salmon filet, cubed
    • 5 oz (150 g) smoked salmon, chopped
    • 2 fresh egg yolks
    • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 green onions, finely sliced
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • ΒΌ cup (60 ml) olive oil
    • Seasoning to taste
    • 18 endive leaves
    • Cilantro, coarsely chopped, for garnish
    • Lemon wedges
    How to Make It
    1. In a bowl, mix salmon, egg yolks, mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, green onions, chives, cilantro and parsley.
    2. Slowly add olive oil and mix. Season to taste.
    3. Divide mixture among endive leaves. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges.
    4. Serve with raw vegetables.
