    The 30-Day Ketogenic Cleanse

    • Yield: 8 Servings
    • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup diced onions
    • 4 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
    • 1 cup tomato sauce
    • 1 cup beef or chicken bone broth, homemade or store-bought
    • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, homemade or store-bought
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
    • 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    • Red pepper flakes, for garnish
    How to Make It
    1. Place the onions in a 6-quart slow cooker. Place the ribs on top of the onions. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the red pepper flakes, to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low until the meat is fork-tender and falls apart easily, 6 to 8 hours.
    2. Serve topped with sauce from the slow cooker and garnished with red pepper flakes.
