How to make spinach juices
- 25 to 30 spinach (palak) leaves
- 20 mint sprigs, with the leaves
- 15 coriander (dhania) sprigs, with the leaves
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. jal jeera powder (optional)
- crushed ice to serve
